Welcome to GripCycle. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of GripCycle (ABN 77 934 320 311), based in Perth, Western Australia. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products We make every effort to accurately display our products. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping Orders ship free to Australian addresses. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks as products ship direct from our supplier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Refund Policy for full details. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to GripCycle and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, GripCycle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
