How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days within Australia.

We're upfront about this because we'd rather you knew before you ordered than after. Our products ship from our supplier partners rather than a local warehouse — that's what lets us price well under the big retailers, and the trade-off is the wait.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email hello@gripcycle.com and we'll chase it.

If it doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no argument.
